6 am Classes!

6am classes are now available four days a week!  Beginning June 11th we will have 6am class Monday through Thursday.  See you then! Click HERE for full class schedule.

This schedule represents our normal courses for a week unless otherwise posted on the calendar. How are classes run? Schedule Change…

The new schedule will not be in effect until Monday April 16th.  Until then the schedule will remain as it has, 8am 9am 4pm 5pm 6pm Monday through Thursday.  8am 9am 4pm 5pm on Fridays.  10am both Saturday and Sunday.  IF you have any other questions please use our contact form. Thanks, CFVOM Team
