Barbell Club Starting Soon!
This is will be a six week course with classes on Monday and Wednesday Nights at 7pm. Each class will focus on one specific weight lifting movement in which we will have ample opportunity to break it down and focus on each athlete individually. Please join us if you have an interest in moving a barbell with better technique and efficiency. This cycle will also include “homework” weightlifting and technique work that you will be responsible for completing outside of the Monday and Wednesday evenings. This will give us even more time to help you all reach your strength goals.
