Young Guns…

This class will be held Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

Young Guns-  This class is designed for young athletes (anyone who does CrossFit is considered an athlete, you do not need to play sports) who is dedicated to becoming more fit.  This program will be run on a 4 day on 3 day off schedule that will be designed to give maximum amounts of instruction on all things CrossFit.  We will be going over gymnastic (bodyweight) movements, cardiovascular work, and introduction to weightlifting in safe environment.  Lifting weights is not bad for growing athletes, lifting weights WRONG is.  So if you are between the ages of 12 and 16 and dedicated to become stronger, faster, more powerful, flexible, agile, and in overall better shape, look no farther.
