What does it mean to go “unbroken”?  And why is it important?

Each and every day we strive to be become better in some way or another, and there is no better way to test yourself then to go all out on the WOD.  Pushing yourself to go “unbroken” throughout a workout can help break barriers you never thought possible.  This workout will reward the unbroken attempt in more than one way.
